How do I book a party?

Cancellations?

We understand that plans change. Cancel at no cost up to 2 weeks before your booking.
Less than 2 weeks’ notice, your deposit of $150 becomes nonrefundable.

Are there any additional charges or deposit fees?

To secure your party reservation, a deposit fee of $150 will be required at booking.
Delivery, setup, and takedown of the party are included in the total cost listed on our “Packages” page.
Payment will be due in full after our tent is set up.
Additional cost for add-ons and host helpers will vary.
Our Terms and Policies outline any additional fees for damaged, lost, or stained equipment.
Please review them for details.

Is there a particular age range for these parties?

All ages are welcome to the tent.

Are the linens laundered after every party?

All linens are professionally laundered after every use.

Any conditions I should know about?

Party Items Damage/Lost or Stolen:
If you damage or lose any rental equipment, you will be charged the replacement cost. This includes broken lights or trays, ripped fabric, or missing decorations.

Liability to Third Parties:
We are not responsible for any accidental damage caused by your guests. This means you’re liable if your guests break something or injure themselves, or others.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while using our equipment. It is your responsibility to supervise your guests and ensure the safe use of any equipment.

Environment:
The tent must be kept smoke-free at all times. Smoking inside will result in additional charges.
Please keep pets away from the sleepover tent as they can cause damage to the fabric.
Please remove your shoes before entering the tent.
